October 14, 2017 Lions split Day Two of SAC/PBC Crossover play The Lions wrapped up SAC/PBC Crossover play Saturday evening with a 1-3 record.  The lone victory came against Lander in the first contest of Day Two. 
October 13, 2017 Lions fall against PBC leading USC Aiken The Mars Hill Lions volleyball team dropped their first of two games on Day One of SAC/PBC Crossover play against USC Aiken, 3-0, Friday afternoon. 
October 13, 2017 Butler notches 1,000 career kills, Lions drop second of afternoon Rebecca Butler eclipsed the 1,000 career kills milestone in the Mars Hill volleyball four set loss to Augusta to conclude Day One of SAC/PBC Crossover play. They went 0-2 on the day.
October 10, 2017 Lions drop second match with Lincoln Memorial in four sets After pulling away with the first set, the Mars Hill Lions volleyball team could not ride the momentum as they lost 3-1 to Lincoln Memorial in their second meeting this season on the road Tuesday evening. Lauren Hochstetler had 17 kills on a game and season-high 56 attempts.
October 7, 2017 Lions three-game winning streak stopped by Trojans in sweep The Mars Hill Lion's volleyball team was swept 3-0 (20-25, 16-25, 11-25) on the road against the Anderson Trojans Saturday afternoon.  Maddie Spurgeon led the offense with eight kills.
October 3, 2017 Hochstetler leads Lions to third straight win Lauren Hochstetler's game-high 16 kills earned the Lions their third straight victory against Lenoir-Rhyne Tuesday evening in four sets (26-24, 21-25, 25-17, 25-11).  The win was their first on the road this season.
