Olivia Kincaid was named the Head Acrobatics & Tumbling Coach at Mars Hill University in the fall of 2022.
Since joining Mars Hill, Kincaid has led the program to new heights, including a winning regular season record of 7–3 in 2025 and a third-seed finish in the Conference Carolinas tournament, where the team hosted the quarterfinals and advanced to the semifinals. Under her leadership, the team earned multiple individual honors, including Female Performance of the Year and Female Freshman of the Year at the 2025 Mars Hill Lion Choice Awards.
That same year, Kincaid was named the Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year. The team was also recognized with the Mars Hill Athletic Department Community Service Award for the 2022–2023 academic year.
In addition to her coaching duties, Kincaid serves as a mentor in the National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association (NCATA) Mentor Program (2024–2025) and recently completed her Master of Management degree with Mars Hill University (2025).
Prior to her time at Mars Hill, Kincaid was the head coach at Bluefield State University, beginning in November 2020, and also coached at Peak Gymnastics. She began her coaching career in 2012 at Northwest Gymnastics in Lawson, Missouri coaching competitive and recreational gymnastics and tumbling.
A former collegiate athlete herself, Kincaid earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from King University in 2020, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She served as team captain and was named to the NCATA All-Academic Team in her senior season.
