Men's Swimming Picked to Finish Fifth in ASC Preseason Poll
Mars Hill was selected to finish fifth in the Appalachian Swimming Conference preseason coaches' poll
ASBURY, Ky. - The Mars Hill men's swimming team has been picked to finish fifth in the Appalachian Swimming Conference in a preseason poll of the league's coaches, conference officials announced today.
West Virginia Tech was selected as the league favorite, followed by Wheeling Jesuit, St Andrews University and Union College. Among NCAA Division II schools, the Lions were picked to finish behind only Wheeling Jesuit.
Mars Hill opened the 2015-16 season on Friday with a victory over Warren Wilson and will return to action next Friday at Lenoir-Rhyne.
