Lions sweep UVA Wise on road
The Mars Hill men's tennis team (4-14, 1-10 SAC) swept UVA Wise (5-15, 0-9 SAC) 7-0 Sunday afternoon on the road.
WISE, Va. - The Mars Hill men's tennis team (4-14, 1-10 SAC) swept UVA Wise (5-15, 0-9 SAC) 7-0 Sunday afternoon on the road.
The win marked their first SAC win of the season.
Mars Hill dropped just four games in doubles play, sweeping all three flights. In singles' play, the Lions dominated, winning all six flights in straight sets.
The Lions conclude their 2022 season at home on Monday, April 11 when they host Newberry on Senior Day. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
