Allison finishes first, Lions third at Converse Kick Off
Noah Allison placed first overall to open up the 2019 season at the Converse Kick Off.
SPARTARNBURG, S.C. - Noah Allison placed first overall to open up the 2019 season at the Converse Kick Off.
Allison was the top finisher on the day, turning in a time of 16:07.25 in the 5k race, averaging a 5:11 mile.
Jared Stanley placed 15th overall with a time of 17:15.50 while Skylar Cantrell finished 26th with a time of 17:35.81. In his collegiate debut, Ben Brock finished 28th with a time of 17:42.82.
Bryan Barbee and Kyle Hadding posted times of 17:59.10 and 18:11.88, respectively, earning 32nd and 35th place finishes.
Mars Hill placed third overall with a total time of 1:26:40.80. The average time per runner was 17:20.16.
