Women's Golf to Open Season at Pfeiffer Invitational
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's golf team will open the spring portion of its schedule on Monday at the Pfeiffer Invitational at Hilton Head Lakes Golf Club in Hilton Head S.C.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's golf team will open the spring portion of its schedule on Monday at the Pfeiffer Invitational at Hilton Head Lakes Golf Club in Hilton Head S.C. The 36-hole event concludes Tuesday.
"Even with cold and wet conditions most days this semester, our women have worked hard in anticipation of the spring schedule. With five seniors on our squad this will be an emotional time for our girls as they wrap up their college careers " stated Coach Ed Hoffmeyer.
The Lady Lions will be led by Emma Lundvall who is coming off a fall season where she captured two individual wins. Sarah Johnson is looking to regain her form after being injured most of the fall campaign. Victoria Barrett, Raven Brown and Marie Syvertsen round out the lineup
