Miller named SAC Defensive Player of the Week
Freshman goalkeeper Camryn Miller was named the South Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league Tuesday morning.
ROCK HILL, S.C. - Freshman goalkeeper Camryn Miller was named the South Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league Tuesday morning.
Miller, a native of Sandy, Utah, had an outstanding collegiate debut as she led the Lions to 0-0 draw against Mount Olive. Miller made 11 saves in 110 minutes of action, earning her first clean sheet of the season and her career.

The Mars Hill women's soccer team opens up their home slate of contests on Wednesday, September 8 when they host Erskine. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. inside the Ammons Family Athletic Center and Meares Stadium.
