Women's Track Posts Good Results In Second Day Of Niswonger Invitational
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. – The Mars Hill women’s track team wrapped up the concluding day of the Niswonger Invitational hosted by East Tennessee State University with good results.
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. – The Mars Hill women's track team wrapped up the concluding day of the Niswonger Invitational hosted by East Tennessee State University with good results.
Junior Dawn Radford collected a 16th place finish in the one mile run with a time of 5:46.48 while Kaleigh Jackson impressed in the 5000m run, placing 19th, crossing the line at 19:42.95. Savannah Hulbert picked up where she left off from the previous days' meet as she placed 22nd in the 60m hurdles, completing the race in 9.58 seconds.
Dana Thompson anchored the field events with her 9th place finish in the weight throw (11.97m). Aiyana Chin placed 15th in the same event with a throw of 11.15m.
