Mars Hill closes out Tusculum Invitational
The Mars Hill men's golf team placed 17th at the Tusculum Invite at the conclusion of the tournament Tuesday afternoon.
CHUCKEY, Tenn. - The Mars Hill men's golf team placed 17th at the Tusculum Invite at the conclusion of the tournament Tuesday afternoon.
Gabe Gonzalez was the top placing Lion, shooting a combined 157, including a second-round team best of 76.
Addison Bahr finished three strokes behind Gonzales, shooting 160 over the two days. John Moss opened the tournament with a first-round 76 to lead Mars Hill, but could not match the same play in round two.
Rounding out the Lions was Chase Cheatham, shooting a combined 173.
