Lions finish day three of BMC Championships in sixth
The Mars Hill men's swim team ended day three of the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championships in sixth place.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's swim team ended day three of the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championships in sixth place.
In the 200 yard butterfly, Bruno Ferrari placed 10th overall to earn seven points for the Lions. Ferrari turned in a time of 1:54.31. Gavriel Hason finished 14th in the same race, gathering three points for Mars Hill. Hason swam a time of 1:55.65.
The team of Erwin Ortiz, Matthew Goslin, Matthew Kowalczyk, and Alex Bouhlel garnered 26 points for their sixth place finish in the 800 yard freestyle relay. The quartet recorded a time of 7:09.58.
Mars Hill sits in sixth position with 118 points after three days of competition.
