Lions host Lees-McRae, King in final home meet of season
The Mars Hill men's swim team fell to Lees-McRae and King in their final home meet of the 2021-22 season by scores of 139-38 and 93-58, respectively.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's swim team fell to Lees-McRae and King in their final home meet of the 2021-22 season by scores of 139-38 and 93-58, respectively.
Thomas Gibson won the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 48.73 and placed second in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 22.16.
Matthew Goslin won the 100 yard breaststroke in 1:03.49 and in the 200 yard IM, he finished third recording a time of 2:05.49.

The Lions return to the pool on Friday, January 21 when they swim against Carson-Newman on the road. The meet is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start.
