Lions open spring schedule at JDL January College Kick-Off
The Mars Hill women's track and field team opened their 2020 spring schedule Sunday afternoon at the JDL January College Kick-Off.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's track and field team opened their 2020 spring schedule Sunday afternoon at the JDL January College Kick-Off.
Shaniqua Stevens placed sixth overall in the triple jump, recording a distance of 11.03 meters. Out of 46 shot putters, junior Tiffany Holloway placed third with a distance of 12.5 meters.
In the 800 meter race, Sydney Britt placed 15th overall, recording a time of 2:38.99. Kylee Peck turned in a personal best in the 3,000 meter race with a time of 12:16.96.
