Men's Golf Completes Second Round of SAC Championship
The Mars Hill men’s golf team is in 12th place after the second round of the 2014 South Atlantic Conference Championship.
SEVIERVILLE, TENN. - The Mars Hill men's golf team is in 12th place after the second round of the 2014 South Atlantic Conference Championship.
Adam Lumley fired a five-over-par 77 and is in a tie for ninth place after the first two rounds. Charles Hartzog recorded a seven-over-par 79, improving by four strokes over his first round score.
Tusculum leads Wingate by one stroke after a two-day 306. Wingate's Ben Gebhardt fired a five-under-par 67 to take a three stroke lead over Tusculum's Nick Forsberg. Mars Hill trails Lenoir-Rhyne by four strokes for 11th place.
The tournament is scheduled to conclude tomorrow with the first group teeing off at 8:30 a.m.
