Lions place 12th at SAC Championship
The Mars Hill women's golf team placed 12th at the conclusion of the 2021 South Atlantic Conference Women's Golf Championship Tuesday afternoon.
TAZWELL, Va. - The Mars Hill women's golf team placed 12th at the conclusion of the 2021 South Atlantic Conference Women's Golf Championship Tuesday afternoon.
Jalen Castle was the top placing Lion, finishing 49th overall after shooting a third-round 86. Emilee Wenmoth finished five strokes behind Castle, placing 52nd after a third-round 89.
Jordan Martindale and Ashley Holland tied for 58th overall, both shooting a three-round total of 285.
The Lions over the three rounds shot a combined 1,089.
