Bertilsson named to D2CCA All-Southeast Region Second Team
Mars Hill senior forward Sebastian Bertilsson was named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association's (D2CCA) Men's Soccer All-Southeast Region Second Team, as released Tuesday morning.
MURFREESBORO, N.C. - Mars Hill senior forward Sebastian Bertilsson was named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association's (D2CCA) Men's Soccer All-Southeast Region Second Team, as released Tuesday morning.
Bertilsson, a native of Falkenberg, Sweden, set career-highs in every category this season, highlighted by his 12 goals, placing fourth in the SAC. His 30 points were second in the conference. The team captain finished his Lions' career with 64 career points (26 goals, 12 assists) and six game-winning goals and helped lead the Lions to the SAC Championship game.
