Bertilsson named to United Soccer Coaches Southeast Region Second Team
Mars Hill senior forward Sebastian Bertilsson was named to the United Soccer Coaches 2021 NCAA Division II Men’s Southeast Region Second Team.
MARS HILL, N.C. - Mars Hill senior forward Sebastian Bertilsson was named to the United Soccer Coaches 2021 NCAA Division II Men's Southeast Region Second Team.
Bertilsson, a native of Falkenberg, Sweden, set career-highs in every category this season, highlighted by his 12 goals, placing fourth in the SAC. His 30 points were second in the conference. The team captain finished his Lions' career with 64 career points (26 goals, 12 assists) and six game-winning goals and helped lead the Lions to the SAC Championship game.
