Taylor named SAC Men's Indoor Track & Field Elite 23 Award Winner
ROCK HILL, S.C. (theSAC.com) – Mars Hill's Eli Taylor was honored as the 2025-26 SAC Men's Indoor Track & Field Wealth Enhancement Group Elite 23 award winner on Sunday (March 1).
This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) in each of the league's 23 team championship sports.
Taylor holds a 4.00 GPA while studying biomedical sciences. Taylor is a distance runner for the Lions and competed in the 5000m and 3000m in this weekend's championship meet. He has maintained a perfect GPA across 49 credit hours.
