Men’s Soccer voted third in Southeast by NCAA
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Mars Hill men's soccer team is ranked third in the first NCAA Division II Southeast region poll of the season. The Lions are 9-4-1 overall.
Coker is first in the opening poll, followed by Anderson. Flagler is fourth, followed by Montevallo. Lees-McRae, Lander, Limestone, UNC-Pembroke, and Clayton State round out the top 10.
The top six teams in the region in the final poll earn a bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Division II Men's Soccer Committee will release updated regional rankings each week until championship selections on Nov. 7 at 7 p.m.
Mars Hill hosts Lincoln Memorial on Thursday, Oct. 27. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
